It was a great little get away for the weekend. The tiny home was quiet and no one was next door to us. Dreamland is down the hill as well!

We had a great time in Austin and loved staying in this home! The photos are accurate, and we loved the decor and the high-end kitchen. Also nice to have dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom. The hot tub is not featured in the photos, but there’s one in the back of the house and fairly large. We enjoyed that, as well. The house is walkable to a handful of restaurants and liquor store. And it’s a quick Uber to all the hotspots. Great location and would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful place to stay, some nice extras like Alexa commands to open/close shades and turn on/off Master Bedroom nightstand lamps. Top quality appliances. Very good communication with quick response time.
My second stay here and we loved it. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved using the BBQ and pool. It was still warm enough the first week of November to take a dip! Beds were comfortable and we had a great stay!

The spot was perfect for our group of 11 friends having a reunion in Austin. It was easily walkable to Rainey, and a quick Uber anywhere else we wanted to go. The house was spacious enough that it never felt cramped and had good areas for socializing on the main level and outdoors. Hosts were responsive, and everything went really smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

A quick but great stay! We didn’t get to use the outdoor spaces or the kitchen really, but if we’d had more time in the evenings the fire pit would have been a fun option! Beds were very comfortable and the home was clean. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others for sure.

Felt like NOLA in the middle of Texas. This house reminded me of a home in NOLA. Very quaint and clean. Comfy beds. Did have issues with the refrigerator temperature and the wifi, which is needed for the TV. Could not download TV apps like UTube TV so was unable to watch TV unless we mirrored from our phones.
Overall great place to stay in Austin it was a short drive to downtown and the airport! Only critique would be that some of the doors wouldn’t stay closed but everything else was well worth it!

This place was absolutely stunning! The backyard is such a cozy hang, and the hosts were hands down the best communicators you can find on this app. They were so accommodating and attentive. The space was plenty for our wedding guests to enjoy.

Awesome property!! We had an awesome time. House was clean and functional....land was relaxing and fun...and BIG. We thought the location was amazing....slightly out of town- which means quiet and more space, but it's close enough to DT that we didn't mind multiple trips to and from the house per day. Pool was great to have as an option to escape the humidity. Just fyi...if you do have dogs, the front gate wasn't functioning so we had to close it by hand....even still, there was a gap btwn the gate and post so we had to bridge it with a piece of lattice and bungee to make the yard completely closed for the dogs. After the small mod....all was good.
Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful.

Great house for 8. 2 very nice rooms with big beds ideal for couples with your own bathroom and 2 other rooms with 2 nice mid sized beds for 4 adults that share a bathroom. Also a nice big sofa bed in the living room area. We flew inn for the weekend for F1 Race and UT Football �� Game and this house was just the right fit with great location to drive to both venues. Host was supper responsive and helpful at all times. Minor issue with the dishwasher was immediately attended and resolved. The house is in a very nice and quiet street and literally just a few steps away from a HEB Supermarket. Thats was super convenient especially after a long day of flying and long rental car line, we stoped to buy the essentials just before checking inn to the house. House is just like the pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. HUGE TV in the living room ideal for watching games and a BOSE soundbar to put some background music. Would defined stay here again in the future.
I was looking for a place to relax with the family and urban stays allowed me to book it the same day. When we got there everything was ready to go. I like the fact that every room/bed had a towel for us. As soon as we walked in there was background music playing. It was truly a good place to relax outside in the jacuzzi and next to the fire pit area. Once again thank you urbanstays for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place. Can’t wait to be back in Austin. It will definitely be a place to stay at again. The vibes were awesome and it was a good place to go on a morning run along lady bird.

I was super excited to find this place. It fit 5 of us super well. It’s less than a mile to 6th st so we ended up walking to a couple places and it was definitely an easy drive. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house felt very private. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private patio. Would definitely stay again when in town!

This property saved our trip from disaster. After having to cancel a 20 person property due to unforeseen circumstances. This property was everything we could need in terms of space , comfortably handled everyone’s needs with ease. Would definitely stay again when in Austin.

Great house for large group! As many reviews say, the layout upstairs is a bit unique with shared bedrooms but the place is huge with plenty of different sleeping accommodations and places to hang out. The host was very responsive the entire time. A bit annoying that you have to pay for early check-in (1 hour) but it was worth it. We did have one issue where the the property did not have the right registration to host an airbnb, but the host worked with us to get it resolved very quickly - hope they got that resolved going forward.

Awesome house with tons of rooms, plenty of space for a big group to hang out. Best part? It’s a quick walk to the grocery store, so grabbing food and drinks was super easy. Also ubers showed up within like 3 minutes every time

The location of the property is great - near shopping and food, etc. The beds are comfortable. The maintenance staff was very friendly and fixed the clogged toilet right away (even though customer service said they wouldn't be able to get there until the next day). It is decorated nicely, and the air conditioners keep the home very cool. The kitchen has everything you need.
This was my first experience with Airbnb, and this place put a bad taste in my mouth. Our door code was wrong on arrival. The space was adorable and tastefully decorated, in a great location that made it feel like you weren't right in the city. Unfortunately, the two towels that were left for us were covered in what looked like ladies foundation, and were hard and crusty with stains. The extra linens had lipstick stains and .. other yellow/brown stains all over them to where it made it look like they weren't washed. The morning after our second night, we woke up to find some of the items in the kitchen nibbled on, along with lots of mouse feces and even urine on the counters and floors. We contacted the host about this immediately, and were accused of not notifying them right away. They refused to deal with us directly and after review of all the evidence, refused to refund us in any capacity. They were not at all accommodating or understanding. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you.

I was a little bit worried about the instructions of how to find the house and the passcodes to the padlock for the gate and how to unlock the house. But the instructions given were easy to follow and everything worked without any issues.
All the appliances like the washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher work really well.
The bedrooms and the restrooms were nice and clean.

Cool spot with good vibes
Had my bachelor party there. Overall the place is a great stay in an amazing location. Just to note - one of the bedrooms is in an ADU right next to the main house, and the pool table is located in there as well so a bit isolated.
We had a blast at this airbnb! Such a cute place and close to a lot of great Austin spots. The house was clean, and had a lot of great amenities on the property! We did not want to leave! With 12 guests the sleeping arrangements were a little bit tight since there are only 4 beds. There is a pull out couch and a cot - but just keep in mind that if you have friends/family that will not sleep on a pull out couch / futon it may not be the place for you. Overall a great experience!

It was perfect for what we needed size-wise and cost-wise, but just a heads up, this is meant for bachelorette parties. The design, the paint, the NEON signs, etc., were a bit weird but fun. It was well equipped, but the Nespresso machine had a bunch of off-brand pods that never worked, so there was no coffee, but I guess that's not a necessity.
Nobody cleaned the cowboy pool; it had tons of leaves in it, and we just didn't feel comfortable using it, but that wasn't something we needed.
I would come back for sure, though.

The house served its purpose and did it well. The AC worked immaculate which was important in 105* Austin. The beds all were very comfortable too

It was a nice stay, perfect for a Bach, I would say it was a tiny bit overpriced for no pool but we had a great time. I would suggest updating photos of the street. Google street view shows a more outdated community, there are now modern tiny homes around it but it did play a role on if we would book or not. Arriving and seeing that it’s not as bad as it looks on google- was pleasant! I did notice a lot of scratched up walls- I’m sure from dragging luggage’s up and down the stairs and when I messaged the host, they were very responsive in letting us know they will notate it wasn’t for us. lol that’s all I was worried about. All the girls enjoyed the stay, it was 10 of us. Each room had a full bath so it helped with everyone getting ready in time with a 1/2 bath on the ground floor. HEB is 4 minutes away!
Everything I mentioned before is to help another Bach if she’s on the fence and in a similar situation, the stay itself was great & we would book with the host again! Cute spot!

This was a great Air BNB and great for a large group staying in/near Austin. The only negative experience is when we got to the Air BNB, there was another group already in the place. So we had to figure out that but it ended up not being an issue, more just an inconvenience and a scare that we might not have a place to stay. other than that everything was amazing. They resolved it fairly quick as well.
The place was great! We were here for my bachelorette party and we really enjoyed it! My only dislike was the parking situation, but the host provided extra close by parking that made have extra cars easy!

Perfect for larger groups, urban/hip feel. Very spacious and comfortable. Other than the possum chillin in the backyard. Everything was perfect. I blame the possum, not like it was the hostess pet. We will be booking this house in the near future. Thanks for the hospitality!
