The house is set up perfectly for a fun getaway. The pool and backyard give you plenty of space to relax and enjoy without having to go out exploring. The overall experience was everything we wanted and more. There is a brewery within walking distance a great doughnut shop right next door and downtown is a quick drive away. This give the perfect amount of space and convenience.

Loved the pop art all over the home. This house was very modern. Great location. Very close to 6th street. We enjoyed waking up and drinking espresso coffee from their Nespresso machine. The home was very clean and spacious. It accommodated a family of 10 and still had extra room. We loved that the host left travel size toothbrushes and tooth paste in every restroom as well as razors. We enjoyed grilling outside and playing Jenga in the patio. The host was extremely kind and understanding when we had some minor set backs and had to request a late check out at the last minute. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay here again.
Amazing location, beautiful home! Every room had its own uniqueness about it that it was hard to to choose what room to sleep in! Would 10/10 recommend for, a family trip or friends trip! Everyone will have their own space! The outdoor patio has a nice touch!

Let me first say that the home was beautiful, just as you see it in the pictures. That's ALWAYS GREAT! The backyard was the favorite spot of the house just to have fun and relax. My family and I did come across a couple of hurdles the night we checked in. The room that was transformed from a garage to a bedroom was hot due to the generator going out and the entire upstairs was super cold, due to the batteries going out on thermostat. Because some of us were freezing and others were hot on the 1st night, I was not happy (this only lasted for a moment). I GUESS IT WAS JUST A DAY OF HURDLES FOR THE YOUNG FAMILY LOL. However, the team was able to get someone to the home the next morning to address all issues, along with that he brought extra towels!! Let me say the 2nd night more than exceeded my expectations (in a great way), now that everything was working as it should. After checking out we played phone tag between myself and management, but finally was able to speak and come to a solution for the hurdles that occurred the first night. THIS BROUGHT PEACE AND JOY TO MY HEART. I can honestly say that this team's main goal is to ensure that their tenants are satisfied with their stay/experience. I would recommend this home for someone that is looking to have a family vacation and it can accommodate a family of 14 comfortably.

Our experience at this AirBnB was absolutely amazing! Not only was the property more beautiful in person, it was well kept and clean. We enjoyed the property so much that we decided to stay indoors due to COVID and didn't even feel the need to explore the city (although if we had, we were in an ideal location for nightlife); we ended up having a blast there! What really made our experience even more terrific was the fact that UrbanStay was so accommodating. Their response time was instant and they never made me feel like I was being a bother with any request that I made. The perfect place with the perfect host, and an absolute bargain in my opinion! We absolutely loved our stay! The house has pretty much everything & anything one might want. It was nice to have lots of seating and hanging out areas to choose from. The master bathroom is a dream, and the kitchen was well equipped to our needs. Having the lighting set and relaxing music playing throughout the house upon our arrival was lovely as well. Would recommend to others and also hope to visit again myself!

Wonderful stay and great location
Nice, new and clean property for a large family of 14. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is only minutes from 6th Street and most other areas that you'd want to visit in the Austin area. Home is great for a short or extended stay. Very close to grocery store for quick runs. We weren't sure about or next property that we were going to stay at so the large laundry unit was nice to use. Kitchen and dining area was large enough to host a large group. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Communication between us and the hosts were very quick and they provided great information when needed. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! Thank you for hosting us.

This Airbnb was the perfect place to stay for a end-of-the-semester excursion for a group of friends graduating! The central location made getting to activities within Austin super stress free (Kayaking, Swimming, Eating Out) and the various decorations around the stay allowed for amazing photo ops. UrbanStay provided so many materials for us, from shot glasses to trash bags, we actually spent less on cleaning supplies then we expected to! The beds were all super comfortable and the two unit layout for our stay worked in our advantage as we were able to separate the girls from the boys! The backyard was a good vibe and allowed for so much late night talks. This place was absolutely amazing and for the price, I would definitely come to Austin and stay here again!

This is the perfect spot for a group trip! I celebrated my bachelorette at this airbnb this past weekend and we couldn’t have asked for more. The team at UrbanStay was very responsive to any questions or requests we had leading up to and during our stay. The location is great! You’re a short Uber ride to Rainy St or E 6 St and also about 15 mins from Lake Austin. There’s so much to do in this area and we had the best time at this stay! This was a perfect house to celebrate my friends bachelorette party! Urban stay was super responsive whenever we needed anything. The place was spotless and they provided us with bathroom supplies, fresh towels, and a full kitchen. The fire pit and backyard was amazing as well. It was a 5 minute walk to Rainey street too! This was the charming spot for a girls weekend. There were eight40-50 year ladies celebrating a 50th birthday. This could not have been more perfect. Nice walk to nightlife, fun to ride scooters around town Loads if great eating in all directions. Would love to come back!
OMG!!! The place is even more beautiful in person. It’s decorated so nicely and very clean. All of the rooms had their own theme and the beds were sooooo comfortable. The hosts definitely took their time to make sure every guest felt at home. The fire outside and speakers through out the house really put the finishing touches on our trip. The hosts were very easy to contact and communicated through out the trip. 10/10 would recommend!!!

The decorations and vibes were so amazing and on top of that everything was very clean and clearly the hosts were prepared for me and my group. We LOVED this house! Everything about it screamed bachelorette party! From the decorations to the space it had, it made our weekend so much fun! Plenty of room for 10-15 people to stay. We had trouble with the back door but they responded quickly to us to get it fixed and we appreciated that so much! Will definitely stay again! Very quick responses and polite to work with! :)
If you’re looking for a sweet space with lots of character that’s clean, roomy and in a perfect location to experience Rainey Street, Lady Bird Lake and Downtown Austin then this is the perfect AirBnb! We had a great time, had plenty of space with 6 of us and 8 could have fit. The house is exactly as pictures and Urban Stay has hands down some of the best communication I’ve ever experienced from a host!
Our group had a great time visiting Austin in this Airbnb. It was clean, roomy, had lots of games, and the backyard was great. Only item that I was surprised on was the pool does not have a heating option. Would recommend friends to stay here.
