Beautiful home. Very clean. Excellent communication with the host. The backyard is a wonderful place for kids. My young nieces and nephews live in the city and coming to this home, even though it is ALSO IN THE CITY,
Was joyful for them. Trying to master the art of climbing onto hammocks was hilarious. Hearing and seeing locusts and birds and squirrels was fun. There is also a MAGNIFICENT TREE in the backyard that has branches that grew out close to the ground and it created this little world under the inside of the tree that enabled us to just sit and tell stories and pretend it was an imaginary world where we were protected from the elements. It is truly an amazing tree. There is a wind chime and fairy lights that add to the almost mystical quality of the tree. We did yoga in the morning and gathered under it in the evening to read and tell stories. Amazing place.
Great place for big groups! Location is right near downtown, quick uber, and nice neighborhood.

This spot was the perfect place for a bigger group of women! It was close to all the action in Austin and was the perfect retreat when we needed a place to hang! Hosts were extremely responsive and had the place set up perfectly for our group! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!!

Our stay was perfect for our bachelorette party. The house was conveniently located near Rainey Street, making it easy to explore the city. The pool was a huge hit with the group since it was nearly 100 degrees and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Austin.
Everything was great but the code to get in the house listed on Airbnb is not the actual code. We had to call the number after waiting in the heat. They need to update instructions.
Other than that, super easy to grab an Uber and explore Austin. Comfy bed. Was very clean, cute and AC was on point considering we came during a heat wave.

We had a great stay here. There is plenty of room and if you are in need of additional items, such as towels, you can let the host know. There is a nice backyard area with a grill and seating area. The condo is decorated with such a fun vibe.
This is part of a duplex and it’s important to know there are signs around with requests to keep the noise down from 10pm to 10am.
The condo is very spacious with a fabulous kitchen. The only drawback is there was a limited amount of cooking pans and pots.
There is a blender, a Nespresso, and plenty of dishes and glasses.
The location is great, the east area of Austin has so many fabulous restaurants and bars. It is also around a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Austin.
This place was amazing the hosts were super attentive and responsive. Great for hosting my birthday weekend with 10 of my closest friends. Plenty of room to sleep and very clean in a great area.
The location was amazing, the beds were moderately comfortable and the digital; home security and age of the home was adequate. This place felt fair for the price, although I wouldn’t stay longer than 4 days.

The house was fun and exactly as pictured. There was a dirty dishes in the kitchen. Fortunately the host rectified the situation and brought in a cleaning crew the following day. It’s a great house but pricey given the issues with its cleanliness.
Came here for my bachelorette party and had the best time! There were enough beds for every girl, and the pool was the best addition for the HOT days. Centrally located for anywhere you could want to go!
This was a perfect place this year for our vacation of 13 (ages 6 and up). The house was great for everyone to feel like they had their own space. More than enough sleeping spaces. The yard was big and beautiful. The hosts were very responsive our first day with our questions. Would definitely recommend this place for large families/ groups.
The location was perfect to enjoy downtown Austin and the surrounding areas. The interior decorations were fun and really made the mood when we were hanging out at the house. I love the games that were available both inside and outside.

Spacious and great for large groups. Kitchen generously stocked. No ice maker however. Plenty of towels. Decorated super fun with spot on Austin vibe. You do have to Uber to 6th street and downtown. But neighborhood is peaceful and not a lot of traffic where it is located. Backyard is great but hot tub was dirty and there were no bean bags for baggo which was disappointing. Nice grill and grill utensils. Like that checkout is at 11am and not usual 10am. Overall a very good place and would recommend.
Such a fun house! Tons of games to keep everyone entertained, plus a great pool for hanging out and relaxing. Perfect spot to hang with friends!

I had a great stay at the airbnb!! it was very cozy and private, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio! gas grill worked great and we even roasted marshmallows. the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, ice, silverware, coffee, etc. the bathroom was also very nice and i love how the airbnb had windows for some natural light.
only things were that maybe there should be a stronger A/C (the airbnb could be cooler during the day, but we were visiting the city so we were out and about - at night and mornings the A/C is just perfect!). there should also be a handle on the driveway door so it’s easy to slide open - these are just suggestions <3
the washer and dryer do work too but make sure to do it all in small loads (and bring dryer sheets)
overall i had a great stay at this airbnb!!! definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy and private vacation by yourself or with someone.

Great house that fit a group of 12 comfortably. We had a lot of fun and especially enjoyed some late nights outside in the yard area.
This location was amazing. The rooms were clean and organized the location was convenient but was near a train track so that was somewhat loud. The pool was absolutely worth the stay. Only complaint is that a few pots were slightly dirty and the master bathroom showers door does not close so it does make a bit of a wet mess. If not for that this stay was all around perfect.
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! we are looking for a place for my 50th birthday where all of our friends could stay together and couldn’t have found a more perfect spot. having the pool to lounge around with during the day was incredible. The staff at Irvin stay was there every step of the way for everything that we needed I can’t say enough good things about it.
This place was great for my friends and I who stayed here for Dreamcon. Great Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. I recommend this place for but when catching Lyft/Uber use the address 212 Comal St. it will take you right out from of the ally way to get to the place! Beside that would book again!

Definitely will be staying here when we come back! The place was beautiful and had more amenities and kitchn equipment to make you feel right at home. We mad full use of the hot tub which was amazing. We went to one of the loacal bars, but there were so many restaurants and bars within walking distance that we never got to try. This place is great for adults, but its also a great safe place for families as my girlfriend and I had her son with us. Highly recommend

Me and my family just spent a week at this lovely home! Super close to downtown 20minutes away from the domain. NO TRAFFIC! Loved it!! Would recommend someone to look in to the masters restroom door doesn’t close properly cause all water to come out. But overall amazing experience!!!

We came to celebrate my sister bachelorette. Weekend in Texas. The house was spacious and clean for our large group. Everything was close and even the drive to lake Travis was not long. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend this house.
Overall, this was a great place for some of my coworkers an I to stay during an Austin offsite. Clean, great kitchen / hangout space, convenient location. Host was very responsive and clear!

Over all super cool spot. Lots of beds and a great vibe in the interior. Location is close to lots of cool spots in East Austin and super close to the airport. Host was responsive to the things I sent to him. We had a couple of frustrations overall that I think are an easy fix so I don't foresee that being an issue for the next guest. The pool is nice and warm but a great hang out spot. The hot tub is in a separate area, not by the pool and the backyard games / hammock. It worked well for the amount of girls we had for the bachelorette.

We had to evacuate Houston due to hurricane Beryl with our 5 week old baby and 2 dogs. It was a really stressful situation to book an Airbnb last minute. This is place super easy to book, easy to find, in a walkable part of town, had a back yard for the dogs, and the hosts were super responsive. Day 2 the AC froze over and stopped cooling the house. Within a few hours someone arrived and fixed the AC and gave us a window unit to cool one of the rooms for the baby until the unit started cooling the house. We would definitely stay here again.
Really great airbnb and conveniently located near downtown. The front yard was super nice and shaded by a tree. Parking is easy to get into. The airbnb is a nice and big 2 story home with a cool little loft. The decor was really nice. Instructions were super clear and easily accessible (and as described)!
Loved it! Kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the choice of brewing full coffee or expresso! Extra bedding was so appreciated and cots available! Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable! Appreciated the laundry soap and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper! Would stay again for sure!
Our stay was a very last minute decision, due to hurricane beryl. Ether way urban stay understood and was very flexible in our arrival and check in. Not only did our host communicated fast and efficiently but they were very nice and helpful. Even tho the place was catered more towards adults, I’m glad to say we made it work and overall would consider coming back without our kids. The area was a great location, both for restaurants and other necessities.
The home was in a great location and fit all of our needs! The bed rooms were fun, we were walkable to Rainey Street even in the heat of July and the pool, that was a must have, fit all 14 of us.
Make sure to communicate sleeping situations with your guests before hand so everyone knows that they may need to share space. Something we should’ve done before arriving, but the house was awesome!
The house is incredible. My family was involved in Hurricane Beryl. They were without power. They have a child, dogs, and could not deal with the heat. I was able to book this home on short, short notice and Urban Stay was quick to accept my reservation. I am so thankful for them. The house is badass. It’s huge, clean, comfortable.
The hot tub was awesome. The space was exactly what we needed. Huge TV was a plus. Shampo body wash being provided was super clutch too!

Beautiful property and perfect for our family reunion of 18 people. The rooms are set up “family” style meaning if privacy is what you are looking for you might not find it here. It worked out ok for my family though. Pet friendly and we love the outdoor space. Thank you Urbanstay!
This Airbnb was gorgeous with each room looking exactly as the pictures. It had so many rooms to fit our big group while also not having us on top of one another. The location was also good as nothing was too far of a drive to get to. Such an aesthetic atmosphere as well

The house was very nice, clean, well equipped. We enjoy the house very much and the host responded right away. We had an air conditioning issue with the air flow nothing major and the crew showed in no time and got it fix. We will stay here again. Very happy with everything.

ATX Hype House was perfect! UrbanStay app setup that they use has great info and so easy to use. The place was spotless and so clean when we arrived. The house is really close to many restaurants and bars in East Austin that we enjoyed during our stay! We will definitely be going back to Austin and staying at the ATX Hype House in the near future!
