Property was modern yet homely. Lively decor with a fresh remodeling of fixtures made it feel like a truly well-made home. With some couples doubling up, we comfortably fit our group of 11. Keypad access made it so that we could come and go as we please whether as a whole group or separated. Parking was ample and amenable. The property was spacious and we enjoyed lounging around and socializing. Location is in a lovely family friendly neighborhood and very close to some fabulous restaurants on East Chavez. If we needed to venture further, Ubers were cheap and nearby. As a former Austinite myself, I gladly lend it my seal of approval.

Definitely worth why we paid! I was in charge of booking a place for 10 people and I received so much praise for choosing this place! Everything was clean, looked exactly like the pictures and we all had a wonderful time together at such a beautiful house! Loved getting the opportunity to stay here! Will hopefully be back soon!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! The house has been beautifully updated with modern features that made us feel like we were living in a home straight out of Architectural Digest!It was incredibly spacious, providing more than enough room for everyone in our group to spread out comfortably. Additionally, the location was convenient for our needs - very close to the lake, South Congress, and Barton Springs where we spent most of our time. The host was also very communicative and helpful- There was an issue with the blinds but Upstay was quick to reply and sent someone to fix it. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a place that combines modern style with ample space and comfort, this is the perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. The upstairs bedroom and loft were definitely much hotter than the rest of the house, but that's not surprising during a Texas summer and there was a standing fan up there, which helped. The rest of the house was great—beautiful bathrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, and nice screened-in porch. We had some issues with the lock code at check-in but Upstay was able to fix the issue remotely. The location is a short walk to several great restaurants but in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking.

Great stay! We loved the amenities, including the pool and hot tub! The airbnb was as advertised. Clean with comfy beds. We had some issues with the electronic locks but the hosts were very responsive and able to address our concerns. Would recommend booking with Urban Stay!

This home was perfect for my family and I celebrating a father's day weekend! It was peaceful, and a huge space. The yard was perfect for our little pup to roam during the night!

This Airbnb was a great place for our group of 14 to stay on a bachelor trip. The putting green and outdoor area was awesome to use. The beds were comfortable and a lot of bathrooms to share amongst everyone. Very clean and everything seemed to be well kept. The close proximity to Rainey Street (about a 6-7min walk) was the biggest selling point for us. It was also easy for Ubers to find the Airbnb and pick us up. Neighborhood felt safe. My only small gripe is unlike other airbnbs I'tve stayed at, they charged us for an early check-in which wasn'tt ideal. Overall, would recommend this to others. Nice place!

A great house close to McKinney falls park. Pool is perfect for relaxing and sun bathing. Mattresses are comfortable and house was very clean.

The folks at UrbanStay kept in touch with us in case we had any issues or needed anything throughout the stay. The home itself was very comfortable and cozy, similar to a tiny home, but a little more spacious. The couch in the living room was very comfortable and there were games available to use. The internet went out here and there when we were streaming a movie on the TV, but it wasn'tt a big deal. The kitchen itself was very clean and had dishes and utensils available for use. The bathroom was very clean and the shower and sink had amazing water pressure! The mirror in the bathroom was super fancy and had an adjustable light, great lighting for putting makeup on. The bed was a king size and both the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bed was not too soft nor firm. Outdoors there is a lot of sitting, and beautiful tarps/canopies provided a lot of shade and let a good amount of light through. The home is surrounded by a wooden fence and gate which felt very safe. Lovely!!

This house was seriously awesome! We had a total of 9 people in town to celebrate a 30th birthday and it exceeded our expectations. The area is very private with lots of wildlife. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious with extremely comfortable furniture. Not to mention, there were plenty of amenities to keep us entertained (pool, basketball, tennis, darts, ping pong, corn hole, the list goes on!). Downtown Austin was only a 25-30 minute Uber ride away when we decided to venture out. I highly recommend staying here if you have a larger group that likes activities. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stay - the house had concrete floors which helped the house stay very cool. Everything was very clean and there were extra pillows in every room.Only issue was while checking in the original code wasn'tt working and we checked in an hour after than originally planned. After getting sent the new code, it wasn'tt clear that we had to press the “check” button on the keypad after entering the code.Overall still a pleasant experience. The house had all the amenities we needed (even a washer / dryer with detergent to use). Would likely stay again.

We had such a great time! We needed a small spot to stay as we explored Austin and floated the river. They were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I hardly had any though because they shared every detail you could possibly think of. I would definitely stay here again, or at a property managed by them.

Awesome place. 10 nice beds and 5 full bathrooms. The A/C worked well to combat the outside heat. The private pool and outdoor space was the biggest draw. Perfect for large groups.

The place was able to fit all of us comfortably and the open floor plan on the 1st was great for all of us to hang out. The host was responsive with all of our request and tried to accommodate us the best they could. A few things that stood out that made me give it a 4 star vs a 5 star was the one sign in the living room was broken, there was no ping pong net and the host could not deliver us one before we left. A heads up is that the place is in a neighborhood so there was not anywhere to walk to eat or get drinks so you have to Uber everywhere. Other than that it was a great place and would recommend it to people who are visiting.

The home provided a great atmosphere for our bachelor group. The pool was a huge bonus for those hot summer days. Easy commute to 6th and Rainey, not too far from the airport either. Area was good and neighbors were friendly. 10/10 recommend!

The house was a nice space overall. There were no pool towels only bath towels. And only one each for everyone to use in the bathroom. There was excessive mold in the bathroom upstairs in the back of the house and mold that looked quite dark. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures but it was fine for just relaxing. Easy to walk places.

All the way around great stay! The pictures don't do the place justice. Private, peaceful & filled with most any activity family & friends would want to have available to do. They are very responsive, friendly & helpful! They catered to every need for my family. Their customer service is Top Notch! The pool is BIG . The kids very much enjoyed the game room and we enjoyed the serenity of looking out of our bedroom window being able to enjoy nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. (Side note -It's close to every major store and many different food options so you don'tt have to go more than 10-15 minutes for food or items you may have forgotten) I 100% recommend this property & these hosts to any and everyone who would like to enjoy a getaway in Austin Texas!

This Airbnb was the perfect place to spend a bachelorette weekend and fit 11 girls well across 4 bedrooms with three full bathrooms. Everyone got a bed! The Airbnb was a short, 15 min Uber from the downtown area. The hosts were always very responsive. Would recommend for large groups!

Upstay's place worked perfectly for the four of us for our extended Memorial Day weekend in Austin, and there would have been room for additional guests. The location was convenient for our various activities, though we did drive to our destinations. We really enjoyed the pool and private backyard. When we didn't locate the cornhole game that was shown in the listing, we asked Upstay about this, and they quickly provided a brand new set for us to enjoy! The townhouse was extremely clean, and communication was exceptional. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future Austin trips.

Overall a great spot for a large group. We comfortably slept 16 people in this unit. There's a coffee, bagel shop and bar within walking distance which made it easy for people to split off and not have to drive around. There was enough plates and utensils for us to cook meals and the place stayed nice and cool despite the Texas heat! Hosts were easy to communicate with and pricing was reasonable for a holiday weekend. Loved the roof top area. Beds were comfortable and clean. Washer dryer with detergent came in clutch. Check in was easy and cleaning requirements were minimal. Would stay again with a large group!

This BnB fit exactly what I needed. I used it for my bachelorette party, and it was close to parking. Though, I wish we knew the parking limitations prior to day of check-in.

Perfect base camp for our group to go out and explore downtown Austin. We were able to book this as the last moment when other plans fell through and the hosts were incredibly quick to respond.

This house was spacious and so nicely decorated for a bachelorette party of 11! The area was great too - walkable to many places or a short Uber ride. We felt safe the whole time and Urbanstay was very responsive to our needs. The only issue was that I communicated a month prior to our trip that we needed something for hosting a dinner one of the nights. They ensured me they had what I needed, but come the day of, what we needed was not there so plans had to be altered. I would say that was the only flaw.

Incredible stay! The house was accurately described and provided with everything we needed. We purchased early check in and called for the house code and hosts were prompt to provide us the check in info! Communication was great and they checked in multiple times during our stay to see if anything was needed. The house did provide beach towels for the pool which was a nice unexpected touch! Pool was surprisingly cool for end of May with 90° weather! A quick 10 min Uber to downtown and 40 min to lake Travis.

2 nights was not enough! Rented this home to celebrate my 21st in Austin. It was PERFECT, (very private, the pool and tennis court were just what I was looking for.) The home was near the city and the wineries in Driftwood. Host was GREAT very responsive and extremely helpful!. Everything we needed for the kitchen, Tennis court, Pool,and Bathroom was available for our use. I will most definitely plan another trip to Austin and stay here again I loved everything about it! … one thing, it is out in the middle of nowhere so do be aware of little animals you could find out there. We did find a scorpion and a spider inside of the home but it wasn'tt a big deal and not the fault of the Host lol it's Texas just be aware of little animals. Overall My trip here was GREAT and I had a lot of fun. I can'tt wait to stay here again, definitely recommend this airbnb.

This AirBnb was sufficient for our large group! All the bedrooms were spacious and everyone had plenty of room. The host was very communicative and helped when needed. Maybe it was the time of year or the weather, but there were a lot of flies/gnats around the house. We had wifi issues which caused the air conditioning to stop working, but the host made sure to get it fixed and check in after to make sure everything was okay.

This was a rental for a few of our employees staying in town. They really enjoyed the place. Worked out great as a hang out for team building with all the fun games to play. Would definitely book this place again.

The host was extremely responsive. We had an issue with a fixture and they sent someone right away to fix it. There is 1 bed/kids area that we didn't use as it is accessible only by a vertical ladder and no other way, but I think that was my error in not reading the post fully. Area was quiet but easily walkable to restaurants, bars etc. 15 min drive/uber to many great locations and airport. Great stay.

A great hidden gem in East Austin! Ample rooms, hosted 9 people easily! Clear instructions were provided, it was just down the street from an H-E-B. Easy drive downtown. Great backyard, everything was very organized. Way above average for an Airbnb! They went beyond & above what they needed to. Kitchen was large, many seating options available. There was enough space to have your own private area upstairs as well! We will be back again! Hosts were responsive!

This house was amazing! Perfect for a long weekend with a group. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and each room had an attached bathroom, which was a great perk! The house is within walking distance to many things in East Austin and a short Uber to downtown or South Congress. I would highly recommend the house to any group visiting Austin!

Cute and cozy space with AC, dedicated parking spot, and big tvs! The neighborhood wasn'tt as walkable as we hoped, but it's super close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. The house is older and worn on the outside while the inside is renovated for a modern feel. Overall a decent spot for the price point.

It was such a cute place! The host was quick to respond when we needed something. Very nice stay, we had fun! We will definitely be staying here again if we find ourselves coming back to Austin!

Our group had an issue with another Airbnb, UrbanStay was able to accommodate our group of 11 with less than a day's notice. We did have issues with the lock and entry code during check in, but the host dealt with the issue and the issue was resolved. Other than that slight issue, our stay was wonderful. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars, short drive to 6th Street, home was large enough to accommodate 11 ppl with everyone having a bed to sleep in. Would recommend this home to large groups.

Great place for group of 10! The only hiccup we had was the loft upstairs sleeping area remained pretty humid with the air on, but the rest of the house was nice and cool! The host worked with us to ship back belongings we left which was much appreciated.

One thing to note, one of the bedrooms is in the closet of the Primary bedroom so you have to walk through the Primary to get out and you have to share a bathroom with the Primary. The house is wonderful. Its got a fun decor, its spacious and very clean. It accommodated our group of 8 with out any problems. We were on a boys trip so a short uber ride to bars and restaurants. We all enjoyed the stay and would certainly recommend this place for larger groups.

Great place stay! Extremely convenient for any downtown activities. The home is great for groups, the master is the only room on the second floor, so you have a ton of privacy, including a second story balcony. The other bedrooms are the one the 1st and 3rd floor, which was great in size. The host was wonderful, they were in constant communication; quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

We love our time in this house. The privacy it offers unique. As a nature advocate, this property is the perfect choice. All the amenities it offers, pool, tenis court, basketball goal, ping-pong table, etc kept us busy and entertained. We loved our stay here! Very close to downtown but quiet and private. The decor is fun and the outdoor space is great for hanging out. A few small improvements would really help make this place an A++ stay - throw blankets on the couch and in the bedrooms, and some board games and cards. They have a Nespresso coffee maker and for 10 adults and a 4 night stay they only provided 16 coffee pods. These are coffee pods that you cannot purchase in stores, and when I asked for more they said no‚ a little disappointing after paying $500/night.
