Our group had an issue with another Airbnb, UrbanStay was able to accommodate our group of 11 with less than a day's notice. We did have issues with the lock and entry code during check in, but the host dealt with the issue and the issue was resolved. Other than that slight issue, our stay was wonderful. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars, short drive to 6th Street, home was large enough to accommodate 11 ppl with everyone having a bed to sleep in. Would recommend this home to large groups.

This was an absolutely amazing home. Tons of space, rooftop deck and just simply gorgeous. Comfy beds, couches and the kitchen is amazing. The host was super accommodating and responsive. Bottom line, it was hard to leave because it was so nice. Would definitely recommend (unless I need it again...🤣).

great place for large groups - we were here to shoot content for our travel pages & a lot of cool restaurants & bars were about 5min away in an Uber. There was in issue with the TV but the owner sent someone out and they were there within 20min to fix it! Ty for the great service & nice touches all around the house. Good hang spot in Austin for us

Beautiful, spacious home great for a big group of people. Plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. We enjoyed staying here so much and we can’t wait to come back one day. We really appreciated how many pots,pans, and dishes there were to cook and plenty of spices for seasoning. Such a cool and vibrant home hosted by wonderful, communicative people :)

5 stars all around! Fun weekend girls trip for the 10 of us. The art is so vibrant we kept posting pictures and friends were asking where we were at :) There's lots of outdoor space too. Front porch, back patio, rooftop deck all great hangout spots. Ubers were cheap and quick to get anywhere. Good central location. All in all great value for our trip

Lots of great touches that made this home one of a kind. Very clean and staged well upon our arrival. Good communication from hosts start to finish. And had everything we needed plus extras like towels toothbrushes propane for fireplace laundry detergent coffee fully stocked kitchen etc. Great stay thanks!

This place was superb! And the location was unbeatable. We used electric scooters to get to Rainey Street three nights in a row it only took about 7-8 minutes. Had brunch at Juan in a Million 10 minute walk. And Launderette for dinner which was unreal and like 3 minutes walk away. It was the perfect location and crash pad. You sort feel like you're in a jungle with all the tall trees around. Beds were comfortable and decor was fun. Easy door code check-in, plenty of parking. Really no complaints. I'd recommend for any groups traveling to Austin!

So much fun! The design is flawless and couldn't be happier with the hospitality from the hosts. Communication was top-notch. The house is very unique and surrounded by lots of trees for great privacy. Lots of amenities here and there like Nespresso machine, large TVs, upstairs rooftop deck, and a big communal hangout space in the living room. We had a group of 13 girls and we all slept comfortably. We'll definitely be back for our next retreat :)

If the interior design of the house wasn’t enough for you, the location is perfect. Super close to a bunch of restaurants / bars but still tucked away on a residential street. Walking distance to the HEB which was great for last minute runs / full grocery shops. The house came stocked with a bunch of cutlery and nespresso pods! We only ran the dishwasher a few times and there were 11 girls. Towels were placed on every bed upon arrival so we had no issues making sure there were enough. The house had enough room for us to spread out and lounge while still being together & all the decor was super cute. Communication was quick and simple and I’d recommend this house or other urban stays properties to anyone visiting Austin!

I had a large bachelor party stay at this place and it accommodated all of us quite nicely. Besides a few hiccups with a cracked window and low water pressure in some showers things were very good! The title of this listing claims 3 min scooter ride to Rainey/dirty 6th. That may be true if you ride your scooter into a helicopter and get airlifted there. Overall, great Air bnb, location is ehh but it’s East Austin so that’s expected. Would defiantly recommend for large groups!

This place was a FUN place to be. We really enjoyed the HEB next door. I mean as in we just walked over versus driving. I can't stress how convenient this is. It is really close to most city attractions. We took advantage of being in close vicinity to the bat bridge and finally took the tour after years of neglecting going. It was the highlight of this trip. I highly recommend if it. Highly recommend for big family or group of friends. I will definitely book again.

Great location! My family came for the state game (Go Pirates) and the field was only 9 min away, h‑e‑b was just around the corner, and we had more than enough beds to accommodate all of us. The hosts stayed in touch from the moment we booked, & the home was beautiful, my kids are already asking when we’re coming back!

Great space - ample room for 11 guests (sharing beds) and a great layout. Laundry facilities if you need them, plus a well stocked kitchen and living area. Two separate outdoor seating areas which we used a ton. Walking distance to a grocery store, which was handy, and close to all of the hot spots in East Austin and a quick Uber/scooter to downtown Austin. Would stay again for sure. Thanks, UrbanStay!

This house is a *~*vibe*~* It is absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to have a good time in Austin. We were there for a bachelorette and the home had all the qualities you need in a fun stay! It's not too far of a walk from downtown or a quick uber. The house had great speakers and there were so many fun things about the house. Kitchen had the basics, so if you plan on brunching there is enough there to cook! Nespresso machine was also a nice (and very much appreciated) touch.

Guys trip for my husband and his friends. Had everything they needed. Miniature golfing in the back was a plus.

My group and I have to come into Austin last minute for work pretty often (every few weeks). We've stayed with UrbanStay now a couple times and love everything about them. This is our second time at this specific property and love it so much. Fast internet to help us work from the house, perfectly clean, and restocked with everything we could need for last minute a last minute stay. The team is incredibly responsive and flexible with us for last minute stays. Can't wait to have an actual planned trip out here, their style, location and tons of sleeping space seem perfect for big groups looking to enjoy the Austin night life. Can't recommend staying with them enough! We will be back soon I'm sure, and these are the hosts we will stay with.

Loved this place! The design and style are really awesome. The beds are super comfortable, the neighborhood is a perfect location, and the fire pit saved us on a cold cold night.This is the second UrbanStay spot we stayed at, the team was super accommodating for us. Always a Blast! I've hosted multiple events at UrbanStay properties and keep coming back. The pictures don't do the place justice, I'm always blown away by the designs! This home is particularly great, fully stock kitchen, nespresso machine, comfortable beds, sonos sound system and HEB grocery store is right across the street! And a 5 minute Uber to Rainey or 6th Street. Awesome place, highly recommended

This place is awesome for a group! We had 8 guys and it was plenty big. Loved the mini-golf and cornhole in the backyard. Short Uber/scooter or very doable walk to everything. I would definitely recommend this spot to a group and definitely would come back.

This was the perfect spot to host an out of town bachelorette party! The house had awesome common spaces to gather both indoor and outdoor. It was an easy and affordable Uber ride to Rainey Street and 6th street. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Super cute house, we stayed here with our in-laws and cousins! Fun space with lots of gorgeous details. 3 of the sleeping spots are in common areas like the living room and family room so just be aware, but there are 6 other beds in rooms. Would definitely stay here again! Loved that it was right next to a HEB.

We had an awesome time staying at this home. All the beds were comfortable and we loved the multiple living spaces for gathering and talking. Everything we needed was there and there are tons of restaurants within a short walking/scooter distance. Can't say enough good things about it. Hope we get to stay again soon!

This house is beautifully done but filled with cheaper furniture. The area is obviously up and coming (not quite there yet). It was nice having a grocery store so close though. The communication between UrbanStay was amazing. They gave great details and explanations. I would recommend. I do wish there were more bath towels though! 7 towels for 12 women did not work.

Very clean, very nicely decorated. Fun atmosphere. Wifi never failed. Kitchen was perfect for our family to cook and enjoy each other’s company. Spacious enough for our large family. Conveniently located to grocery stores and down town. Would definitely stay again!

I booked the Tik Tok house for a bachelor party with 11 guys. Accommodations were very spacious, plenty of beds and large common areas. The backyard putting green was in good shape and a lot of fun day and night. I would recommend this place for those looking for a stylish place to stay with a large group.

Literally amazing vibes, super clean, and close to everything

OMG!!! The place is even more beautiful in person. It’s decorated so nicely and very clean. All of the rooms had their own theme and the beds were sooooo comfortable. The hosts definitely took their time to make sure every guest felt at home. The fire outside and speakers through out the house really put the finishing touches on our trip. The hosts were very easy to contact and communicated through out the trip. 10/10 would recommend!!!
