Place was perfect for the New Years weekend. Kids had a blast and loved the decor in the rooms. We were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony across the austin skyline. Would definitely stay here again!

Accurate pictures and description, with prompt responsiveness by the host. The area was quiet yet walkable to local restaurants in 5-10 min. Great space for a group, but I think 10 people is more reasonable than the 16 listed.Cons: While pets are allowed, there is an additional $50 fee that isn't communicated until you're trying to access the check-in code upon arrival. There was also a large window that had been shattered by a previous guest and hadn't been replaced (approx 8' x 3' open hole from the missing pane) and a foul odor from a presumed leak in the laundry room that permeated the second floor of the property.

The home provided a great atmosphere for our bachelor group. The pool was a huge bonus for those hot summer days. Easy commute to 6th and Rainey, not too far from the airport either. Area was good and neighbors were friendly. 10/10 recommend!

UrbanStay was a great home and I would highly recommend it to others visiting ATX. Everything was just as I imagined it would be when looking through photos and picking a location for ACL. It was very clean and was a great set up for my friends who love a great "Insta-gram-able" photo opp prior to hitting the town. If you are looking for a place to stay minutes from downtown ATX, this is your spot!Thanks for being great hosts!

The house was a nice space overall. There were no pool towels only bath towels. And only one each for everyone to use in the bathroom. There was excessive mold in the bathroom upstairs in the back of the house and mold that looked quite dark. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures but it was fine for just relaxing. Easy to walk places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb looked just like the photos. The decor was thoughtful - definitely made for bachelorette party. The location is great. It didn'tt take more than 10-15 min to get to most of the Austin attractions. The only complaint we have is that the floor was not cleaned well. There was lots of residual hair (and dust/ dirt) from prior guests so we had to wear shoes in the house.

Couldn'tt ask for much more. Ended up booking two days prior to our arrival because of a cancellation by another airbnb, and we couldn'tt be more grateful that the other cancelled, as this place was everything we possibly could'tve asked for. Friendly hosts and a beautiful spot to enjoy Austin.

The house is just what you see and the location is tucked away and very convenient for downtown. The kids loved the place and to pool table was a winner. The huge screen TV made for a fun gaming session, especially when one son hooked up his VR set to it. Amazingly, the pool was the perfect temperature. It gets the shade of the home by mid afternoon and is a really nice afternoon/evening hangout. Oh…and the coffee maker was legit!
